VB.NET Developers Wanted: AMX Config .NET

Hello,
I am looking for VB.NET developers for "AMX Config .NET", an attempt to complete the features of "AMX Configurer".
To learn more about the previously abandoned project, check out this page: http://amxconfig.sourceforge.net/
"AMX Config .NET" is, basically, a code cleanup/transcoding/enhancement of "AMX Configurer" in "VB.NET"
I'm writing it in the latest version of Visual Basic (2008), so if you have this, it is a plus, otherwise code will need to be converted.
Note: you can download Visual Basic 2008 Express for free on Microsoft's Site...

I need several programmers to help me on this project.
